Assessments SAT

The Student Achievement Test is an annual assessment opportunity provided to students grades K through 12 and adult students studying with an MMTA member teacher.

Commissioned Compositions

A MTNA sponsored event where MMTA sponsors a commissioned composition to compete at Nationals and performed eat the annual state conference.

Concerto Competition

An annual competition available to students of members and nonmembers grades K-12 in piano, violin, etc.

Michigan Performance Competition

Michigan MTA State Semi-finals and Finals competition held annually.

Michigan Youth Ensemble Festival

An annual noncompetitive event including elementary through collegiate students combining any music instruments including voice.

MTNA Michigan Competition

MTNA Annual National Competitions in Performance and Composition including Junior, Senior, and Young Artist including brass, piano, strings, voice, woodwind, senior duet, and ensemble.

Representation and Advocacy Festival

Michigan MTA Annual noncompetitive event including performance of underrepresented composers.
